Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product from Lambton Galleries Inc., you may request a return of the product, provided that the product has not been used or installed, and is new in a box. 

Please note this Return Policy applies to the return of products, and not the return of your entire order. If you order more than one product, the return process for each product in your order may differ as set out in this Return Policy.

PROHIBITED RETURNS

Lambton Galleries Inc. will not accept returns for the following products and services, each as determined by Lambton Galleries Inc. in its sole discretion:

• special order products, as determined by Lambton Galleries Inc.
• floor model or open box products or products otherwise purchased “as is”
• delivery fees and service charges
• opened parts and accessories
• products that have been installed or used by you
• All Ventilation appliances & accessories
• Water Filters
• Food/Sauces/Spices
• Mattresses
• Pillows

RE-STOCKING & RE-DELIVERY FEES

Lambton Galleries Inc. may apply a minimum 25% restocking fee to the amount returned or reimbursed to you for each product returned with open, altered or missing packaging, or as determined by Lambton Galleries Inc. in its sole discretion. Lambton Galleries Inc. may apply a secondary delivery fee if we are required to retrieve your product.
