30" Electric Double Wall Oven
Fulgor Milano's new electric double wall oven uses the power of True European Convection to guarantee delicious results. With 4.4 cu. ft. of total capacity, you'll have the space to fix large meals for yourself, guests or the whole family. Cooking modes include Convection Bake, Convection Roast, Convection Grill, Convection Broil, Pizza, Warm, Defrost and Dehydrate. The upper oven includes a meat probe, making it easy to monitor your cooking progress. Oven doors are soft-closing and remain cool to the touch throughout the whole cooking process. 3 Halogen lights ensure visibility inside the oven, and a Self-Clean mode takes all the work out of maintaining a clean oven.
Multi-Level Cooking Mode

- The pyrolitic self-clean function, selected directly from the display, consists of heating the inside of the oven to very high temperatures in order to burn off any excess grease and food residue.
